INDUSTRIESThe more sensitive the data,
the tighter the "who goes where".
Client financial statements, patient records — the more sensitive the information your firm handles, the more it matters to connect "only the right people, to only the right resources." ForceLink is designed for exactly this kind of remote access.
Which industry are you in?
We have summarized the key challenges and design points for each industry.
Professional services
Tax accountants, CPAs, law firms, labor consultants. Segment client data by staff member.
See professional services →Healthcare
Clinics, dental practices, pharmacies. Restrict off-site access to only the necessary systems.
See healthcare →Nursing care
Home-visit, day-service, and residential care providers. Restrict access to sensitive personal data by role.
See nursing care →Construction / real estate
From job sites, model rooms, and multiple branches to drawings and property data — securely.
See construction / real estate →Manufacturing
Small and mid-size manufacturers. Secure remote access to drawings and production management systems (OT/factory control systems are out of scope).
See manufacturing →Other industries
Creative studios, specialist services, small offices, and more. Secure access to internal systems regardless of industry.
See use cases →Segment client data
by staff member.
Financial statements, tax returns, personal identification numbers, case files — almost everything a firm holds is confidential. ForceLink lets staff connect to in-office file servers and business systems from home or on the road, while keeping access scoped to what each person actually needs.
- Restrict each user to only the destinations they need — accounting server, client documents, etc.
- The admin console is not exposed to the internet, reducing the attack surface
- Key-based connections. With the standard Windows app, private keys are generated and stored on the device only
- Revoke access immediately from the admin console when someone leaves or changes role
* Illustrative example. In-office systems are scoped per staff member and role.
Remote access designed
for patient-data environments.
Electronic health records, appointment systems, billing — off-site access is growing while incidents involving VPN device vulnerabilities continue to be reported. ForceLink is a remote-access solution designed to reduce those exposure points by design.
Smaller exposure
The admin console is not publicly accessible. Only the minimum necessary entry point is open to the internet — unlike older VPN appliances that are fully visible.
Per-organization isolation
The cloud relay is isolated per clinic. Your network does not mix with other organizations, reducing the risk of cross-tenant incidents.
Key-based connections
Passwords do not open the tunnel. With the standard Windows app, keys are generated and stored on the device only.
* Illustrative example. Off-site access is scoped to only the systems that need to be reachable.
* ForceLink is designed with consideration for the security principles outlined in the MHLW security guidelines for medical information systems (Japan), 6th edition. Whether a deployment meets those guidelines is determined by the overall operational practices of each healthcare organization; this service alone does not constitute compliance. Please contact us to discuss specific requirements.
Useful across many sectors.
If the goal is "connect to in-office servers and business systems securely from outside," ForceLink can help regardless of industry.
Construction / real estate
From job sites or model rooms, reach in-office drawings and property data. Access can be scoped per project.
Creative / specialist services
Remote creative staff connect to in-office file servers and assets securely.
Small offices of any kind
No dedicated IT staff needed. Forcenet handles the complex setup.
