ForceLink is a newer service. For that reason, rather than overstating our track record, we aim to earn your trust through the depth of our design and honest communication. Forcenet, the company behind it, has been delivering drop-in products for years.

Security built into the architecture
The admin console is not publicly exposed, each tenant's network is isolated, and connections are key-based. The weaknesses common to legacy VPNs are addressed at the design level.
Flexibility through in-house development
Because ForceLink is built in-house, we can adapt to customer needs and the specific requirements of industries like legal and medical practices.
Honest communication
We do not claim "absolute security." We communicate clearly about what the product does today and what is planned for the future (including MFA and other items under consideration).
Cloud relay operated in Japan
The cloud relay is operated in a domestic (Japan) data center. Keeping operations in Japan makes it straightforward to understand where your data resides.
Design informed by recognized public guidance.
While our deployment track record is still growing, our design is not improvised — it draws on principles from publicly recognized guidance. "Do not expose directly," "restrict post-connection reachable scope (least privilege)," "revoke access for departing staff and contractors," "confirm activity through logs" — these are fundamentals emphasized in the following public frameworks.

When it fits — and when it doesn't.
Every product has situations where it fits well and situations where it does not. To avoid mismatches, we are upfront about both.
A good fit when…
- You want to keep using on-premises PCs, servers, and NAS
- You have no dedicated IT staff and want the initial build handled for you
- You want to limit each user's reachable scope after connection (legal, medical, or similar industries)
- You want transparent pricing (flat seat-pool rate)
- Your devices are primarily Windows
Not a good fit when…
- MFA is a hard requirement (not currently supported)
- Mac or smartphones are the primary devices (standard client is the dedicated Windows app; other devices are case-by-case)
- You need web filtering or device management (MDM) as part of the same solution (out of scope)
- You need publicly listed case studies or deployment numbers to make a selection (we are not publishing those figures for this newer service)
- You have fully migrated to SaaS with no on-premises systems remaining

A company built around drop-in products.
Forcenet has been delivering drop-in products for years. Since 2017, we have operated our own VPN service using certificate (key)-based authentication rather than passwords. We also have accumulated network integration (SI) experience across a range of environments. ForceLink (ForceLink BOX) is the next generation — redesigned with modern cryptography on top of that foundation.

We don't publish numbers we can't back up.
Because ForceLink is a newer service, we do not cite figures such as "deployed at X companies." When actual case studies become available and customers grant permission to share them, we will do so. In the meantime, please evaluate us on the design itself.
