¥0 initial fee. ForceLink BOX, cloud relay, and initial setup all included. ForceLink charges a monthly or annual flat rate based on the user capacity tier you choose. No per-user charges. Monthly plans let you start with flexibility, annual plans offer added value.

- ForceLink BOX is provided on loan as standard. Return is required upon contract termination.
- Fees may apply for non-return, loss, or damage. Amounts are calculated based on the prevailing market cost to procure an equivalent item, plus actual repair, shipping, and re-kitting costs where applicable. See ForceLink BOX Terms §6.
- 51+ users, multi-site, additional BOX units, high-availability configurations, on-site kitting, and BOX purchase all require a custom quote.
- All listed prices are tax-exclusive (Japanese consumption tax is charged separately).

Standard plans are fully published — price and terms — so you can purchase directly. Exception cases below are sized after a brief intake and quoted individually.
Up to 50 users, single site
- Users: 5 / 10 / 20 / 30 / 50 capacity tiers
- Site: Single site (one ForceLink BOX on the office LAN)
- Configuration: Standard (choose one of three access-control levels)
- Devices: Windows 11 + exception devices (Mac / iPhone / Android)
- Pricing: Published price, ¥0 initial fee, tax-exclusive
- Contract: Public terms / service spec / support spec
51+ users, multi-site, special configurations
- 51+ users: Capacity tier and the number of BOX units / bandwidth scale with size
- Multi-site: Inter-site routing, BOX placement, and redundancy are case-by-case
- Additional BOX units: Per-site BOX count and maintenance scoped together
- High availability: Redundancy, automatic failover, and SLO agreed per requirement
- On-site kitting: Per-site shipping and installation coordinated individually
- BOX purchase: Switching from loan to purchase (terms and maintenance scope agreed individually)
Same public terms / service spec / support spec apply as a baseline; configuration-specific clauses are agreed separately.
